Interview Coaching

With experience across Finance, Travel, and Big Tech, I’ve screened hundreds of resumes at Meta, Expedia, JP Morgan, and leading hedge funds (Squarepoint Capital, AHL MAN Group). As both a hiring manager and a member of hiring committees, I’ve hired dozens of people while growing multiple high-performing teams — and consulted with other managers on screening and interviewing. This gives me a sharp eye for what stands out. Clients I work with typically want to get more interview calls, improve how they position themselves, or rewrite bullet points that tell a stronger story. I also provide feedback on resumes, validate overall job-hunting strategies, and help candidates regain the confidence and energy they need to succeed.

Career Coaching

I’ve navigated multiple career pivots myself — moving from finance (algo trader → portfolio manager) to travel (Director at Expedia) and then into Big Tech (DS leader at Meta). I’ve transitioned between senior IC and manager roles, twice returned to the workforce after parental leave, and helped numerous people grow from junior to senior leadership roles. I now coach others to make similar changes with clarity and confidence. Clients typically seek support in deciding which roles and companies to target, identifying missing skills and how to bridge them, refining their resumes, and building a realistic plan for their transition — while regaining the confidence to take the next step.

Salary Negotiation

I’ve successfully negotiated compensation increases for myself, and as a hiring manager I’ve advocated for and won higher pay packages for promising candidates. Having been both an IC and a manager across several firms and industries, I have a strong sense of what can be earned at different levels and companies. Clients I work with often want help deciding how much to ask for, forming a negotiation strategy, and practicing conversations so they can approach the process with confidence. I also guide them in understanding company-specific practices, leveraging competing offers, and maximizing total compensation — salary, equity, and bonuses included.

Leadership Coaching

With 18+ years of experience as both an IC and manager, I’ve coached professionals to transition confidently into leadership, make a strong impression from day one, and secure promotions up to M2/IC7. I’ve grown several teams from just a handful to dozens of people, helping leaders restructure underperforming groups, prepare for tough performance conversations, and expand their impact. I also guide clients through challenges like cross-functional misalignment, difficult stakeholders, org changes, high workloads, and lack of recognition — drawing on my own experience managing large teams at Meta and partnering with senior leaders across engineering, product, and design. My goal is to help leaders not only succeed in their current roles, but also thrive and grow into the next stage of their careers.

Mentorship

I specialize in mentoring technical professionals to succeed and grow in corporate environments — not just by being highly technical, but by mastering the broader skills that drive career progression and industry pivots. I’ve coached others in leadership, behaviors, people management, cross-functional collaboration, confidence, presentation, communication, storytelling, and building a strong professional bio. Clients I work with often seek support in creating a learning roadmap, getting feedback on projects or case studies, staying motivated with accountability, and understanding what truly matters in the industry.
